Job summary

Arrive Fresh, part of Arrive Logistics, is expanding in Austin, TX, seeking a Senior Carrier Account Representative to develop and manage produce carrier relationships. You will recruit and manage carriers to meet perishable customer needs with strong compliance and service.

You will partner with Business Development, Tracking, and Client Success to resolve daily issues, analyze market conditions, and ensure reliable capacity during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience in carrier brokerage; including 3+ yrs in produce & floral.
• Familiarity with FSMA, STF, and PACA regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service our produce customers’ needs.
• Procure freight carriers that meet compliance requirements and service standards.
• Analyze market conditions and carrier availability; align capacity during surge/peak seasons.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Tracking, Client Success) to resolve daily issues.
