Arrive Logistics seeks a Director of Carrier Capacity for Arrive Fresh in Austin, TX. You will lead the fresh produce and floral carrier network, building elite partnerships while coaching capacity teams to achieve premium execution in a volatile market.

You’ll set operational standards, optimize procurement, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic growth as a top North American freight broker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant 3PL/freight brokerage experience.
• 10+ years in produce and floral logistics with perishable cold-chain knowledge.
• 6+ years leading and scaling carrier capacity or carrier sales teams.
• Expertise in FSMA, STF, and PACA with carrier compliance programs.
• Experience in bid management, carrier contracts, and pricing networks.
• Proficient with TMS and analytics platforms to improve carrier performance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Arrive Fresh carrier capacity ops, strategy, and execution.
• Mentor Carrier Capacity Managers and Carrier Account Representatives.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
• Develop and implement carrier compliance and claims programs.
• Ensure FSMA, STF, PACA compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Success to align goals.
• Create SOPs for carrier procurement, onboarding, and service delivery.
• Oversee bid management with growers and institutional customers.
• Partner with Tech teams to enhance TMS functionality.
• Analyze KPIs like lane pricing, tender acceptance, retention, delivery.
