Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontracts ownership.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• Experience negotiating price, terms, and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement and supplier administration for DoD and commercial subcontracts.
• Manage subcontracts from development through closeout.
• Lead supplier relationship management and negotiation.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IPT, Engineering, Production) for subcontracts.
• Oversee price analysis and Earned Value Management processes.
