Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to own end-to-end sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier management in a remote U.S. role. You will ensure ITAR/compliance, issue RFQs, compare quotations, and monitor delivery while maintaining records and supporting policy improvements.

This role requires a university degree or equivalent and 5+ years of experience; U.S. citizenship or export authorization is required for access to restricted information.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• U.S. Person and export authorization requirements apply for access to ITAR information.
• Experience with RFQ processes, price/delivery comparisons, and PO management.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and supplier compliance concepts.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement from sourcing to PO closure.
• Identify qualified vendors while ensuring ITAR/compliance.
• Issue RFQs, validate quotations, and perform price comparisons.
• Reconcile purchase orders and monitor timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and support procurement strategy improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on issues.
