Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform, is seeking a Senior Analyst – PO Desk to manage the creation, maintenance, and processing of Purchase Orders in NetSuite. You will ensure data integrity and compliance across procurement, finance, and accounts payable, driving timely approvals and accurate documentation.

In this role, you will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, monitor workflows, and report PO metrics. You will contribute to process improvements and adapt to shifting priorities while upholding

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement operations, purchase order processing, or procure-to-pay environments.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly purchase order creation.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Clear communication across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved requests.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and accounts payable to resolve PO-related discrepancies.
• Track and report PO processing metrics (volume, turnaround time, pending requests).
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives for PO desk operations.
