Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to handle daily procurement, enter customer orders, and maintain NetSuite data.

You will verify requisitions, generate POs, and track supplier deliveries while coordinating with Accounts Payable and Project Management to ensure on-time fulfillment. Ideal candidates have NetSuite experience, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong procurement knowledge including PO creation and vendor communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple orders and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Verify purchase requisitions against item masters and seek alternatives.
• Create and process purchase orders in NetSuite with approvals.
• Monitor and expedite orders with suppliers; maintain PO reports.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to match vendor bills and orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure project-related PO accuracy.
