Job summary

ŌURA seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to own NetSuite as the operational backbone of our global supply chain and logistics network. The role designs and delivers system solutions connecting NetSuite to 3PL, carrier, and reverse-logistics partners, enabling scalable, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experience.
• 3+ years hands-on designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (consulting or in-house).
• Experience building and supporting EDI integrations with logistics/3PL/carrier partners.
• Experience designing NetSuite solutions for multi-subsidiary environments.
• Knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite design and delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding, meeting go-live deadlines.
• Drive data maturity in NetSuite and Supply Chain for trusted reporting.
• Own integration of a new supply chain visibility platform for real-time visibility.
• Design and implement integration for a global reverse logistics partner.
• Serve as NetSuite SME for Supply Chain stakeholders, translating business needs to scalable designs.
• Collaborate with Integration & Automation Engineering to reduce integration debt with API-based services.
