Job summary

Thrive Causemetics is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to own day-to-day purchasing, open orders, supplier relationships and inventory across in-line and NPL businesses. This role ensures accurate POs and NetSuite transactions, serving as the first-line escalation point for supplier and operational issues.

Location: In-Office 5 days/week in Playa Vista, CA HQ. You'll oversee purchasing execution, resolve production delays, manage FG, component and WIP supply plans in NetSuite, create planned

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management in consumer products or beauty/cosmetics.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite for supply planning, purchasing, and inventory transactions.
• Strong knowledge of BOM structures, MRP planning, and supplier open-order/PO management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to manage supplier relationships and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve operational issues independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing execution for in-line business and NPLs, ensuring all POs are issued and tracked on schedule.
• Resolve production delays and execute expediting options when necessary.
• Manage FG, component and WIP supply plans (MRP) in NetSuite.
• Create and execute planned orders and review with suppliers.
• Assist with execution of S&OP planning strategies and monitor timing to flag risks.
