Job summary

Nscale, a GPU cloud platform for AI workloads in the United States, is seeking a Senior Analyst – PO Desk to manage Purchase Orders in NetSuite. You will act as a liaison across procurement, finance, and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement operations or procure-to-pay experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, especially PO creation and procurement modules.
• Strong data accuracy and adherence to process compliance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process Purchase Orders in NetSuite based on approved requests.
• Validate vendor data, pricing, quantities, coding, and supporting documents.
• Maintain PO records and update POs for changes in quantity or delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve PO-related issues and track approvals.
• Track PO metrics and support process improvements.
