Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead planning, forecasting, logistics, purchasing, and release of materials for complex electrical projects across the U.S.

You will mentor buyers, develop supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with state and federal procurement rules while aligning with project teams from award through closeout.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough knowledge of electrical equipment and construction materials.
• Minimum 5 years electrical construction purchasing experience.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and issue complex bid invitations including logistics, warehousing, kitting, and packaging requirements; analyze bids for Rosendin advantages.
• Process purchasing transactions according to state laws, federal statutes, and Rosendin policies.
• Assist departments with specification development and draft RFPs.
• Review and justify purchases not awarded to the lowest bidder and ensure policy compliance.
• Plan procurement from project award to closeout and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee procurement analytics, reporting, and deliverables for projects.
• Provide supervision to buyers/expeditors when necessary.
