Job summary

Rosendin, a leading electrical contractor, seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to supervise regional teams, optimize supplier sourcing, and drive cost savings across projects in California.

You will manage bid processes, negotiate terms with suppliers, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and mentor staff while collaborating with the Center of Excellence to improve margin and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years electrical procurement experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with Oracle and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement from pre-bid closeout and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Lead regional procurement activities to optimize cost and standardize processes.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and coordinate with legal and senior management.
• Manage supplier qualifications, performance metrics, and relationships.
• Provide budget input and support estimates with suppliers.
• Review invoices and ensure accurate documentation in purchasing system.
