New Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst Remote is seeking a Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst supporting our DoD/DoW customer in Quantico, VA. This is an open position. This is a great opportunity to work for an employee-centric, fast-growing small business.

This position provides 80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays.

Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.

• Additional PTO may be given for excused government absences. The salary for this position is $105,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a $1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a $2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement. Responsibilities Include: The Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst will support DCSA ATE procurement and contract lifecycle activities, including procurement documentation, market research, PWSs, IGCEs, D&Fs, business decision memoranda, J&As, acquisition planning, cost/price analysis, solicitation documentation, contract administration, procurement policy and regulatory analysis, software and hardware procurement tracking, service and support agreements, workflow and approval tracking, performance analysis, ServiceNow/ABM actions, agreement reporting, and contract repository maintenance.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement support
• Experience supporting market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis
• Must possess competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies
• Working knowledge of applying Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and other applicable Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
