Augmentis Group represents a global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer in West Michigan. The role supports strategic and operational procurement, drives cost savings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced plant setting.

Relocation assistance is provided, with a 30–60 day remote start option. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years in procurement, preferably with P2P exposure, and comfort negotiating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

• 5–10 years procurement experience with purchase-to-pay exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support benchmarking, cost analyses, and business case development.
• Assist in planning supplier performance and compliance activities.
• Develop tools and templates to streamline procurement communication.
• Negotiate with suppliers and support RFQ/RFP processes with Strategic Buyers.
• Coordinate with Shared Services to resolve purchase-to-pay issues.
• Execute purchase orders and resolve AP issues in collaboration with teams.
• Interface with Shipping, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Ensure adherence to global procedures and quality standards.
