Bank of America is seeking a Solution Manager to lead enterprise transformation initiatives within Enterprise Transaction Services. You will define vision, roadmap, and requirements for complex capabilities across ETS, aligning with regulatory expectations and industry best practices.

You will partner with Strategy, Technology, Architecture, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, translate requirements, and guide implementations that improve efficiency and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
• Solid acumen across the BAC enterprise, particularly as it pertains to change policies and standards.
• Strong presence and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote, CoPilot and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a strong aptitude for problem solving.
• Natural curiosity and drive to answer important business questions.
• Experience navigating within and across complex business environments.
• Expert interpersonal skills to build and maintain business partnerships.
• Demonstrated problem solving, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to elevate and gain resolution as needed.
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Effective communication and listening skills: verbal, non-verbal, written, facilitation, and content delivery.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically.

Responsabilités

• Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.
• Establishes and implements a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.
• Leads the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts.
