Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Solution Manager for Enterprise Transaction Services Transformation. You will shape the strategic solution vision, design roadmap, and operational requirements for complex business capabilities across ETS, aligning with regulatory expectations and best practices.

You will partner with Strategy, Technology, Architecture, Product, and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide implementations that drive efficiency and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, managing, and implementing strategic change and major initiatives.
• Strong communication and executive-level presence.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint).
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and drive structured solutions.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implements moderately complex solutions to address issues, optimize efficiency, and improve controls.
• Gathers information from Line of Business partners to implement solutions for business challenges.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement using SIPOC, RACI, risk assessments, and control plans.
• Applies analytics and critical thinking to translate issues into design-oriented solutions with clear benefits.
• Leads enterprise change management deliverables for major projects.
