Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant work experience with business and technology projects including process improvement/re-engineering and technology change efforts.
• Experience in process design, business process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions and own product documentation.
• Proficient in data management and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Energetic, positive, and resilient under pressure.
• Critical thinker and risk-minded.

Responsibilities

• Implements low to moderately complex solutions to address issues and risks, optimize efficiency, reduce variability, and improve controls, quality, and sustainability.
• Works directly with Line of Business partners to gather information needed to identify and implement solutions that resolve critical business challenges and opportunities.
• Establishes a model for continuous process improvement by applying process engineering best practices and delivering reusable technology solutions.
• Leverages analytics and critical thinking to solve complex business problems and translate issues into structured design oriented solutions with clearly defined business case benefits.
• Supports the development of enterprise change management deliverables for material projects including SIPOC, RACI maps, risk assessments, control plans, and related artifacts.
