Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 6 additional years of experience in Production Process Control.
• This role is restricted to U.S. persons due to export-controlled technology; proof of status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop process quality and product quality techniques across industrialization efforts.
• Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives.
• Focal point for new product introductions, part transfers, toolings, and first production run.
• Execute and own the qualifications of new products and processes for hand-off to production.
• Monitor process capabilities and address shortfalls from expectations.
• Manage project timelines with safety, capability, qualifications, and quality focus.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices across the site.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and drive manufacturability reviews.
