GE Vernova Greenville is seeking a Process Industrialization professional to drive the hand-off of new products into production and to industrialize manufacturing processes for scalable output. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma with equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 4 additional years in Production Process and Equipment.
• On-site manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute hand-offs for new product introductions, transfers, and capital investments with lead time, tooling, fixturing, and run-off of initial production sets.
• Develop and industrialize manufacturing processes for production hand-off and post-deployment support.
• Support timelines with emphasis on safety, quality, qualifications, and problem solving.
• Identify and eliminate waste; engineer, standardize, and optimize production processes.
• Contribute to productivity efforts and lean initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.
