Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work on site in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing process development across CNC Machining and coatings.
• Define and optimize process parameters for safety, performance, quality, and tool life.
• Support tooling selection and process conditions; drive tool performance improvements.
• Standardize manufacturing methods and document process requirements.
• Incorporate lean principles and Kaizen for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
