GE Vernova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our production processes and bridge the gap between design and shop floor execution. You will mentor the next generation of engineers, drive operational efficiency, and balance rigorous process discipline with creative problem solving in a competitive global market.

You will oversee staffing, performance development, and cross-functional projects while applying deep technical knowledge to translate policy into actionable strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or a HS diploma/GED with 6+ years in high-complexity manufacturing.
• Solid analytical ability with a track record of resolving complex manufacturing challenges.
• People-first leadership with experience managing teams and coaching growth.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project management excellence and ability to plan, document, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Define, control, and optimize production processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Validate design specifications and ensure seamless shop-floor implementation of new products and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Provide direct leadership to your team, staffing, performance development, and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Translate policy into actionable manufacturing strategy through deep technical knowledge and analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive data-informed decisions to move the needle.
• Mentor and influence engineers and guide teams toward consensus and high performance.
