Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors is seeking a Process Project Manager to lead, improve, and standardize business and operational processes across multiple projects, ensuring outcomes meet quality, safety, and budget targets.

You will plan, implement, monitor, and continuously optimize workflows, working cross-functionally with operations, project teams, leadership, and support departments to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and best practices.

Qualifications

• Electrical/apprentice training completed or equivalent.
• Experience applying formal project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, improve, and standardize processes across projects and departments.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve workflows for efficiency, quality, safety, and consistency.
• Coordinate with operations, project teams, leadership and support departments to ensure alignment with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide overall project management support for multiple projects or a very large project.
• Provide supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid through close-out.
