Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to provide strategic direction and technical oversight for its most complex electrical projects across commercial, industrial, federal, and mission-critical environments.

This senior leader will supervise multiple teams on large builds and drive safety, quality, and performance. Based on a Las Cruces, NM project, the role requires expert knowledge of advanced electrical systems, controls, automation, SCADA integration,

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific).
• 12–15+ years of electrical field experience with 7+ years in high-level supervisory roles.
• Experience leading large or multi-site electrical projects (commercial, industrial, or federal).
• Strong NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA knowledge.
• Expertise with control systems, PLCs, automation and SCADA.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering teams and resolve design challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership over multiple simultaneous electrical projects.
• Mentor and develop supervisory staff and trades personnel.
• Lead planning, scheduling, and risk assessment for projects.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and SCADA integration.
• Ensure safety compliance and high safety culture.
• Coordinate with owners, CM/GC teams, and engineers for project success.
