Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of electrical construction and theory from a five-year apprentice program.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, improve, and standardize business and operational processes across projects and departments.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and consistency.
• Collaborate with operations, project teams, leadership and support departments to align processes with strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide project management support for several small to medium projects or one large project.
• Supervise and manage construction project sites from bid through closeout documentation.
