Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead designated projects, guiding teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to specifications, while upholding integrity and client service.

The role emphasizes leadership of subs, design teams, and city officials, with a focus on safety and quality. Based at our Meridian, Idaho headquarters, this position requires extensive construction experience, LEED awareness, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from bidding through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with large contract values while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Represent ESI to clients, design teams, city officials, and subs.
• Manage all aspects of a construction project from bid to warranty.
• Monitor project finances and schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel.
• Resolve contractual disputes and ensure compliance with documents.
