Job summary

Target Global Supply Chain and Logistics is hiring a Senior Process Owner for RDC Design to shape future warehouse operations. You will own Putaway, GPM and Warehouse design, develop cycle-time models, document Standard Work, and drive field implementation.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build business cases, and validate pilots, using data and benchmarks to deliver scalable improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, process improvement.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, engineering, process improvement, or WMS product/technology.
• Experience evaluating processes using data, observation, root-cause problem solving, and measurable success criteria.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to support benchmarking, validation, pilot, launch, handoff or other business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own Process Design for Putaway, GPM, and Warehouse functions.
• Create future design requirements and process flows for modernized Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Create and maintain cycle time models, Standard Work documentation.
• Lead training, field implementation, and problem solving.
• Define clear process opportunities and solutions.
• Project manage / lead cross-functional teams, including clear problem statements and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners including product, technology, field, data and analytics, finance, safety, and quality.
• Use benchmarking, data analysis, root cause analysis, and metric planning to determine scalability and value.
• Develop and manage project plans, decision logs, action items, test plans, validation criteria, and handoff documentation.
