Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and develop a diverse team, drive efficient workflows, and uphold health and safety standards across our warehouses. You will oversee labor plans, standardize processes, and monitor KPIs to reduce costs and boost productivity.

You will collaborate with HR for hiring, work with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders promptly, and engage with customers to address issues and improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans and standardize processes.
