DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a diverse team and optimize warehouse operations. You will drive efficient workflows, safety, and KPI-driven performance, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes coaching, process standardization, and a strong customer-focused mindset to sustain DHL’s reputation in contract logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years logistics industry experience.
2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices.
Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy metrics for informed decisions.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Collaborate with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt customer order fulfillment.
Engage with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
