Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience required.
• P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, promoting inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Prepare reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors and top talent alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Proactively address customer concerns with the aim of exceptional customer satisfaction.
