Job summary

Nextpower in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Warehouse Operations to lead the development of the company’s global warehouse strategy and operating model. You will oversee internal facilities and outsourced partners, ensure inventory accuracy, cost optimization, and scalable processes across regions.

The role requires advanced warehouse expertise, strong business judgment, and the ability to translate strategy into execution, with regular travel to support implementations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12–15 years of experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-regional warehouse operations.
• Experience with warehouse network development, contracting, onboarding, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory controls, and reporting tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance Nextpower’s global warehouse strategy, governance framework, and operating model.
• Lead warehouse network assessments, provider evaluations, onboarding, and transitions.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and warehouse productivity.
• Define requirements for warehouse systems and enable data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
