Job summary

Capital One's Plano, TX team is seeking a Principal Process Manager to lead a small team and own process improvement efforts for Move On and related operations, delivering high-quality outcomes and strengthening best practices.

You'll collect data, analyze with senior leadership, and influence across levels to drive efficiency, risk mitigation, and customer-focused process design, with opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of Process Management experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and direct others on projects.
• Own oversight of team’s process improvement work and collaborate on larger initiatives.
• Collect data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives.
• Identify and implement larger process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
• Track and resolve process breakdowns.
• Understand customers’ needs of the process and drive process improvements.
• Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams.
• Act as a subject matter expert to partner with project customers to achieve desired outcomes.
