Job summary

Capital One in Plano, TX seeks a Principal Process Manager to drive end-to-end loan origination processes in the Centralized Team. You will coordinate with Agency Finance Deal Teams and offshore partners, manage third-party reports, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

You will lead projects from scoping to execution, maintain Salesforce records, support audits, and explore automation and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required.
• At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage third-party report processes, bids, site inspections, and tracking.
• Maintain loan system of record (Salesforce) to support underwriting and closing activities.
• Lead end-to-end projects from scoping to tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Bank and Agency regulations and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, digitization, or automation of processes.
