Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Business Process & Operations Analyst to drive process improvements and support technology initiatives.
You will liaison between business partners, operations, and IT to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and enhance workflow efficiency, service quality, and customer experience. The role requires strong business analysis, process management, project delivery, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills to shape future-state solutions and ensure successful
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically six or more years of related experience.
- Experience in financial services, banking preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis of bottlenecks, risks, and gaps.
- Document current/future-state processes, flows, and requirements.
- Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses for improvements.
- Partner with leaders to define functional requirements and risks.
