Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Securities 7 and 24 Licenses.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and perform systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency.
• Analyze costs of existing operations and estimate cost savings from proposed changes.
• Propose and develop new systems and information needs by analyzing existing systems and procedures.
• Develop test plans and perform tests of new systems and modifications.
• Act as liaison between management, staff and information systems.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide reports to management and track projects and data.
• Oversee department functions and monitor processing statistics for regulatory updates.
