The role requires deep knowledge of fund operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with data-driven process improvement using SQL and programming languages to support automation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related activities
• Previous work experience in fund accounting, fund administration, custody administration, or related investment operations environments

Responsabilidades

• Participates in the identification, design, development, and implementation of projects.
• Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Participates in user training, change management activities, and project evaluation.
• Analyzes business processes, identifies gaps and risks, and recommends solutions to improve service quality.
