Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead design of products and features, enhance user experience, and ensure data availability to improve banking processes across multiple business units.
Collaborate with development teams and senior leadership to design and integrate complex processes across systems.
Lead and prioritize initiatives, manage multiple projects, drive improvements, and address tech debt strategically.
Partner with teams and executives to develop data-driven solution designs and document requirements.
Summarize, train end users, develop training materials, and lead change management.
Analyze, resolve, and communicate impacts and timelines for complex issues.
Facilitate enterprise-level project planning, gather requirements, lead testing, and ensure deployment.
Mentor junior Analysts in best practices and professional development.
