Qualifications

• 7+ years in Branch Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Data Management or Process Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• Strong data analytics, BI tools, SQL experience and office software proficiency.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of products and features to improve banking processes across units.
• Collaborate with development teams and senior leadership to design complex processes.
• Manage multiple projects, drive improvements, and address tech debt.
• Develop data-driven solution designs; document needs and present to leadership.
• Train end users, create materials, and lead change management initiatives.
• Oversee analysis and resolution of complex design issues with timelines.
• Lead enterprise-level project planning, requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor junior Operations Business Analysts.
