Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of process management or risk experience.
• Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, BPM or Project Management certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Compliance or Risk Management preferred.
• 2+ years of Process Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between product, tech, and risk teams to align priorities.
• Serve as single point of contact for risk assessments, testing, audits, and regulatory requests.
• Mentor junior team members and promote well‑managed practices.
• Oversee essential controls and audits, monitor risks, and drive remediation.
