Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program or Project Management.
• 5+ years of banking experience in loan administrative function (preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Experience with AI LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Advanced degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the third‑party report process including bids, engagement, site memos, inspections, and tracking due dates.
• Manage cost accounting summaries, track vendor invoices, and ensure timely payment.
• Maintain loan system of record (Salesforce) to support Underwriting and Closing activities.
• Manage and deliver loan documents and data to Agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Bank and Agency regulations and guidelines.
• Support Compliance and Audit reviews with data requests and issue remediation.
• Identify processes for standardization, digitization, or automation and design future workflows.
• Lead projects from scoping through planning and tracking.
• Oversee offshore processes and navigate competing priorities.
• Support vendor management to meet Agency guidelines.
• Create, update, and maintain procedures and job aids.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and cover for supervisor absences.
• Manage end‑to‑end health of core processes (Maturity, Loan Boarding, Repairs, FEMA).
• Leverage predictive alerts to flag compliance risks and execute annual certifications.
• Reconcile reports across Salesforce and internal sheets with AI-assisted detection.
• Act as Data Steward for AM and collaborate with Tech for data readiness.
• Lead recurring data cleanups using AI/ML for data reconciliation.
• Own and optimize shared mailboxes with AI‑driven triaging and routing.
• Proactively manage expectations and provide updates to AM Leads and partners.
• Use Generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance design and productivity.
