Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
At least 1 year of process management experience.
At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and implement process enhancements that drive issue resolution and mitigate operational risks.
Lead and own the oversight of targeted process improvement work streams while collaborating with the Operations Analytics team on large-scale strategic initiatives.
Utilize robust problem-solving frameworks to develop hypotheses, conduct rigorous testing, and deliver data-driven solutions from initial scope through implementation and monitoring.
Design and deploy sophisticated Tableau dashboards, leverage Python scripts for automation, and execute complex SQL queries to extract actionable business insights.
Strategic & analytic orientation with strong quantitative focus in analytics-based decision making.
Strong business judgment and leadership to drive an assertive yet responsible approach to business.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence and drive agreement.
