Job summary

Travel up to 10% of the quarter; you will lead cross-functional programs, develop strategies, leverage data analytics, and report KPI progress to senior leadership while managing budgets and program performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs and ensure delivery.
• Develop and refine program strategies and lead teams.
• Set objectives for programs using data analytics to drive metrics.
• Navigate ambiguities and apply problem-solving approaches.
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners for projects.
• Evaluate and prioritize projects based on customer needs and inputs.
