Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive network-wide projects for ACES. You will own a process path, define standard work, and align Operations, Tech, and Finance to scalable improvements.

You will lead 0–3 month actions and 1–3 year roadmaps, using Kaizens, automation, and analytics to push performance and readiness for peak periods. Travel ~50% within the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define standard work for your process path and document the Gold Standard.
• Be the central leader between Tech, Central Ops, Programs, Safety and Operations.
• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps and drive continuous improvements (Kaizens, automation, tech investments).
• Own process path metrics, set targets, and deprecate outdated metrics.
• Lead stakeholder alignment calls and training to drive adoption and readiness.
