• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define standard work for your process path and ensure consistency.
• Be the central leader between Tech, Central Ops, Programs, Safety, and Operations.
• Develop short-term (0-3 months) and long-term (1-3 years) roadmaps and drive improvements.
• Lead stakeholder alignment calls and drive adoption of new processes.
