Responsibilities

• Define and execute processes from fulfillment centers to last-mile delivery center network.
• Hire, train and build a motivated workforce for sort hubs with support from HR and training teams.
• Ensure sufficient bandwidth in sites to handle peak time volume.
• Coordinate with Finance, Delivery Stations, FC and Projects teams for city operations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and mentor team members for efficient operations.
• Improve processes to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
• Analyze data reports to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
