Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist for the Global Customer Fulfillment ACES team. The role drives network-wide projects, defines standards, and acts as SME for a process path.

The position supports cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Tech, SCOT, and Finance to scale improvements and automation. Location is flexible with on-site reporting; travel up to 50% within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs.

Responsibilities

• Define standard work for your process path for associates and managers.
• Be the central liaison between Tech and Operations; manage stakeholder alignment.
• Develop short-term actions (0–3 months) and long-term roadmaps for your path.
• Implement continuous improvements through Kaizens, automation, and tech investments.
• Own process path metrics and set targets, thresholds, and validation.
