Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Senior Business Process Analyst Lead to drive discovery, analysis, and target-state design across multiple Agile workstreams. You will oversee process mapping, mentor analysts, and facilitate executive workshops with stakeholders to ensure consistent BPI application.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Management to shape current and future operating models and modernization plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Public Policy, or related field.
• Seven years of experience in business process analysis, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Experience leading current-state and future-state process models and executive interviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews and workshops.
• Oversee As-Is / To-Be process maps, journey maps, and analyses.
• Facilitate executive briefings and stakeholder sessions, drive alignment.
• Support enterprise architecture, data modernization, and modernization roadmaps.
