Connection is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to partner with business leaders to analyze needs, define requirements, and drive cross-functional improvements. You will translate business goals into measurable outcomes and collaborate with IT to ensure timely delivery.

The role supports testing, training, and change management, providing guidance across teams, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring continued optimization of processes in a hybrid on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Excellent listening, relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to diagram and explain complex problems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive consensus.
• Experience with business process modeling and metrics.
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to define current and future state and identify challenges.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
• Document use cases and acceptance criteria with measurable metrics.
• Create diagrams to visualize business processes.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Support QA and IT resources; assist with testing and change management.
• Monitor performance post-implementation and recommend improvements.
