You will gather requirements via interviews, surveys, sessions, and focus groups, then help design and implement improved business processes.

The role requires 3+ years in process improvement and the ability to obtain a CBP Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional experience in business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support teams of analysts in applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts and develop practical implementation plans.
