Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Transformation Consultant to support modernization for a Federal agency. You will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future‑state workflows.

You will reengineer processes, standardize them, and create dashboards and KPIs for senior leaders to drive decisions. The role emphasizes data analytics to improve efficiency, cost, and time savings, plus facilitating workshops and delivering client-facing reports and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of professional consulting experience in business analysis or process mapping.
• Ability to work on client site in Arlington 3-5 times per week.
• Active SECRET security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current and future state business process analyses and map workflows.
• Reengineer and standardize processes to reduce redundancies and improve cycle time.
• Create dashboards, KPIs and decision-support reports for senior leaders.
• Apply data analytics to drive efficiency, costs and time savings.
• Facilitate leadership workshops to define strategy and plans.
• Produce reports, briefings and actionable recommendations.
