Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst to deliver agile project management and end-to-end delivery support for enhancements to a financial system. The role collaborates with stakeholders, end users, and program leadership, with in-person support in Indianapolis, IN or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, refining requirements, and ensuring alignment with policies and enterprise goals while supporting UAT and training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Business Process Analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead or be a member of a team of analysts applying process improvement, modernization, or transformation.
• Assess process performance in complex environments with financial and operational links.
• Direct requirement collection through interviews, surveys, workshops, and focus groups.
• Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders and user representatives.
• Analyze processes to develop testable, clear, traceable requirements.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs to verify requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and propose resolutions; support UAT and training.
• Support design and implementation of new or enhanced business processes.
• Coordinate between project teams for enterprise-wide integration.
