Guidehouse in Arlington, VA seeks a Business Process Transformation Consultant to support modernization of management services for a Federal agency by aligning processes with operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

You will analyze as-is and to-be workflows, reengineer processes, develop dashboards and KPIs, lead workshops, and deliver actionable reports to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or process mapping.
• Ability to work on client site in Arlington 3-5 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct “as‑is” and “to‑be” business process analysis to document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Reengineer and standardize processes to reduce redundancies and streamline decision‑making.
• Create or enhance dashboards, KPIs, and decision‑support reporting for senior leaders.
• Apply data analytics to drive efficiency, cost, and time savings, and improve customer experience.
• Facilitate leadership and team workshops to define future state and develop plans.
• Produce reports, briefings, and actionable recommendations.
